Limiting Beliefs

This was my old belief. I grew up believing that being myself was wrong. That it meant making others feel uncomfortable, hurting them or annoying them. I knew it because I was sensitive to the energies, their emotions and even their thoughts.
I lived for a long time believing that I couldn’t be myself. Because being myself meant feeling emotions that I didn’t like to feel, forget about making others feel them.
I was always authentic, but little by little, I started carrying with me a little piece of what people thought of me. One day I completely stopped being me.
I share this part of me to connect with those who have felt the same way. Who have felt that they cannot be authentic and end up becoming what others think of them.
I just want to remind you that it’s okay to be yourself. It’s okay to be spoiled, it’s okay to be moody, it’s okay to be introverted or extroverted, everything is okay.
If your intention is not hurting others, do whatever the fuck you want!
