Cacao Ceremony

Last week, I had the opportunity to share cacao medicine in a ceremony. It is an ancestral celebration in which we allow ourselves to connect with our hearts to honor them, expand them, and connect with our emotions: both comfortable and uncomfortable.

In this space, I allowed myself to share with those in attendance a lesson that came from that space of the heart about something I wanted to let go of at that moment:

"The misconception that I can't always be in that state of plenitude, allowing myself to feel high and low vibration emotions without judging or categorizing them for what they are, but rather embracing and accepting them for the wisdom they bring with their presence."

With this message, I invited those present to explore time travel and return to that moment of infinite expansion in a safe space, whenever necessary, to remind themselves that we are capable of transmuting any situation that is overwhelming us.

Today I want to thank them, not only for being present but for inspiring me and recharging me with the wisdom each of them brought to the energetic circle we form together. Thank you for your light and for reminding me that we are all together on this path of personal and spiritual evolution. Thank you so much for allowing me to share mine with you by opening yourselves to receive the medicine of cacao with me.
